How does the recipient use it?
They design their print as normal, then enter the voucher code at checkout. The voucher covers the print; if they upgrade to a bigger size or add extras, they just pay the difference by card.
Does it cover shipping?
Yes, Free NZ shipping on every print, so a voucher covers the whole thing. If they upgrade to a bigger size, they just pay the difference by card.
When does it expire?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, plenty of time to find the right place. We’ll never quietly wipe a balance.
Can they choose a different size?
Yes. A voucher is a balance, not a fixed product. It applies to any order; they cover any remainder by card, so an A3 voucher can go towards an A2 print.
What if I lose the email?
Get in touch and we’ll resend it. The code is tied to your purchase, so it’s never really lost.
